My Approach
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and flexible, drawing from:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My Experience
I am currently on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital where I work with individuals with complex psychiatric issues and have previously worked at McLean Hospital on a psychiatric inpatient unit. My other experience as a therapist includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a college counseling center.
